Exploring Anxious for Nothing

Join us for an 8 week journey to discover self.  Living with symptoms of anxiety can be overwhelming. Even with years of therapy and utilizing skills individuals feel misunderstood by loved on and acquaintances. This support group brings individuals together to offer support and ideas to manage the struggles that come with anxiety.
Insurance accepted.  Self pay rate $299.

Understanding Adult Anxiety

Starting Summer 2025

An 8-week long exploration of our unconscious fears.  This group will support one another as they see how their thoughts keep them caged.   Using mindfulness techniques group members will learn how to understand their anxious thoughts and practice how to reframe their anxiety to improve overall lifestyle choices.

The Coping Cat: Anxiety Group for Kids

Starting March 27 for 1st & 2nd Graders

A 6-week long evidence-based Cognitive Behavior Approach will help address thoughts and fears. This group is broken up into age groups, 1st and 2nd graders will be group together. 3rd-5th graders are group together. Each week age-appropriate skills will be taught and practiced to demonstrate understandings and improve outcomes.

  • 1st & 2nd graders starting March 27 Thursday from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • 3rd through 5th grade starting May 8 Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30 pm
