about Christine conti,
Christine Conti, a native New Yorker, graduated from Villanova University before serving ten years in the Air Force. She earned her master’s degree from Rowan University and worked as a school counselor prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Combining Solution-Focused Therapy with Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Christine develops personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs and lifestyle.
Individuals often become preoccupied with problems, overlooking potential solutions. Christine guides clients towards reframing their perspectives, encouraging a forward-looking approach rather than dwelling on the past. Through Mindfulness practices, she helps clients accept past experiences as facts while cultivating present-moment awareness. By focusing on the present, individuals can find inner peace and the happiness they seek.
Christine emphasizes the importance of perspective, recognizing that there’s no single “right” or “wrong” opinion. By helping clients overcome their negativity bias, she empowers them to navigate daily challenges with a renewed outlook.
Everyone needs a compassionate listener to share their struggles. Christine not only provides a sympathetic ear but also equips clients with the tools they need to effectively manage future challenges.
Christine specializes in sand therapy, anxiety for adults and children, couples therapy, and play therapy.
