Girls Social Group

Starting January 27th

Does your daughter struggle with self-doubt or feel disconnected from her peers? In this supportive group, girls learn to:

  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Connect with other girls facing similar challenges
  • Develop effective communication skills
  • Learn healthy ways to cope with stress and emotions
  • Set and achieve personal goals

In today’s technological world it has become increasingly difficult to connect with peers. In this group, girls will focus on developing inner confidence by connecting with others who have similar struggles at school and at home. In this supportive environment, girls will learn goal setting, build upon their self-esteem, develop effective communications skills, as well as learn how to cope with their emotions and everyday life stressors.
