    Clinical Therapist Position,

    Join our growing, ‘family style’ private practice providing state-of-the-art therapy services to all ages. We are looking for an energetic, relational, and committed individual with excellent organizational skills who desire to work in a collaborative environment.

    Prior training in attachment-focused therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma informed therapy, EMDR, play therapy, family therapy, CBT and/or ERP is a plus.

    LCSW or LPC

    Growing agency with positive work environment seeking outpatient ‘LPC’ or ‘LCSW’ therapist to provide psychotherapy to families, individuals and children, also working with co-occurring treatment needs. Blue Cross, Magellan/Aetna credentialing preferred but not required. Part time and Full time positions available.

    Seeking candidate who wants to work with children and their families and has prior training or experience in ‘child-friendly” approaches. Therapists with professional experience working with young children through teens are in high demand. We are seeking an individual with a high level of comfort exploring and supporting children and their families.

    Seeking candidate with experience working with woman issues.

    Seeking candidate who wants to work with individuals 50 and older who have prior training or experience in grief, depression and anxiety.

    Seeking candidates who are willing and experienced with running groups for children and adults. Preferred but not required experienced in running groups for Anxiety, DBT, Mindfulness, Grief.

    Psychologist

    Quality Agency with positive work environment seeking outpatient Psychologist to provide psychotherapy to families, individuals and children, also working with co-occurring treatment needs. Blue Cross, Magellan/Aetna credentialing preferred but not required. Part time and Full time positions available.

    Psychiatrist

    To work with a team centered environment to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring for adult and adolescent clients. To also provide psychiatric services for a general psychiatric population. Flexible Hours/Part-time employment with on call responsibilities. Must be NJ Board Certified Psychiatrist with prior clinical experience helping those with co-occurring disorders/CDC and DEA license/Credentialed with Blue Cross, Aetna and Magellan insurances a plus.

    Administrative Assistant Position

    Position Overview: Phoenix Counseling Center is seeking a PART-TIME Administrative Assistant. Administrative Assistant will work 10-25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 2 pm – 7 pm, supporting the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, billing, client support, and ensuring our staff is supported. The position has the potential to grow to full-time.

    NOTE regarding COVID: The safety of our employees is our priority. Until it is safer, this position can be performed from home, however it will transition to in office work.

    Reports to: Office Manager

    Duties/Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:

    Manage calls from clients and keep the information updated within our confidential platform.
    Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure database is accurate
    Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment and office appearance.
    Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work are required.
    Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by the Phoenix Counseling Center.
    Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
    Other duties as may be assigned.

    Must be punctual in reporting to work.

    Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
    Competent working with technology
    Ability to use Microsoft Publisher to create flyers preferred.
